The Lord RESTED from all his work on the seventh day.
This indicates that the spiritual life of man consists in spiritual REST.
If you remain at REST, you will be saved. The Holy Spirit will work in you.
It is the Spirit that gives life and through Whom spiritual life is produced in the soul.
