The wisdom and gratitude demand that the treasure of Holy Baptism must be uncovered and revealed.
This is how we can do this.
It is done by constant invocation of Jesus Christ or by unceasing remembrance of God.
Therefore, if we have a strong desire to discover the blessed seed of the Holy Spirit in us,
we must not delay in acquiring the habit of the active prayer in the heart.
We can practice active mental prayer of the heart by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus constantly.
If we notice that other thoughts are appearing, ignore them, even the simple and good ones, not only the vain and impure.
And we will see how active prayer of mind and heart will with God’s help conquer sinful thoughts, desires and passions.
