Why is it a Good Friday? It was not good for Jesus. He was suffering. But it is good for us because by His sacrifice and suffering we can be saved for eternal life.
Let us follow His example in sacrifice. And sacrifice our sins, addictions, sinful desires out of love for Jesus.
