All starts with thoughts in the heart. Yes, you heard it right ‘thoughts in the heart’.
The first step, after my turning to God, was attention to my thoughts.
I began checking each thought that came into my mind by praying in my heart.
The question I asked was, “Dear God, is this thought from You or from my ego, my enemies? let me know. Thanks.”
The attention I payed to thoughts coming to my mind was rewarded by my Lord.
My ability to distinguish beneficial thoughts from thoughts of destruction increased.
Now I kill evil thoughts effortlessly at the moment they enter. My thoughts are pure most of the time.
Let us pay attention to thoughts and destroy bad ones with great help of a prayer and focus on creative power of Love.
